What We Collect

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to fulfill and ship it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your order.

If you join our mailing list we store your email address. If you contact us by email we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your order.

We do not collect or store payment card or banking details. Card and wallet payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. Interac e-Transfer payments are handled entirely by your bank. We never see or store your card numbers or banking credentials.

How We Use It

Your information is used to process and fulfill your order, arrange shipping and provide tracking, and communicate with you about that order.

We use it to respond when you contact us, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates. That is the full extent of it.

How We Store It

Order records are stored securely on our own servers with restricted access. Only the people who need order information to fulfill and support your order can see it.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for business and accounting purposes. You can contact us to request deletion of your information, subject to any records we are required to retain.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember the contents of your cart between visits, that you have completed age verification so you are not asked on every page, and a few preferences such as your chosen payment method.

That data stays in your browser. It is not transmitted to us and it is not used to track you. The Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag described below also keep small records in your browser, as part of the cookies they set.

We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we run on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not identify you personally; it counts page views, referring sites, and general device and country information.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It sets cookies and reports page views, product views, cart activity, checkout starts, and purchases to Meta. We do not use it to sell or share your personal information. You can opt out through your browser or Meta’s ad settings.

We use the Google Ads tag to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. It sets cookies and reports page visits to Google, along with the order total and order reference when an order is paid. We do not use it to sell or share your personal information. You can opt out through your browser or Google’s ad settings.

When you choose PayPal at checkout, PayPal’s payment window loads from PayPal and may set its own cookies, governed by PayPal’s privacy policy.

Email Communications

We send order confirmations and shipping updates. If you have joined our mailing list we may also send occasional product announcements.

We do not send unsolicited marketing to customers who have not opted in. To stop receiving email from us, contact us at any time and we will remove you.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We have never sold customer information to third parties and we never will.

We do not share your information with data brokers or marketing partners. We share only what each service provider needs to do its job: the shipping carrier (your name and address, to deliver your parcel), PayPal (to process card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payments), Google (our email provider, to send your order and shipping emails; our typefaces also load from Google Fonts; and Google Ads receives the order total and order reference when an order is paid, to measure our advertising), Meta (page views and cart and checkout events via its pixel, plus a one-way coded form of your email address and phone number when an order is paid, to measure our advertising), Telegram (to send our team an internal notification of each new order), and DigitalOcean (which hosts our servers in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there).

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date below. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
