What It Is
Cartalax is a Khavinson tripeptide bioregulator targeting cartilage maintenance. As cartilage has very limited self-repair capacity (poor blood supply, low cell density), age-related cartilage degeneration is one of the most common causes of chronic joint pain and disability.
How It Works
Proposed to modulate gene expression in chondrocytes, promoting synthesis of type II collagen and proteoglycans — the structural components of cartilage that decline with age and use.
