CJC-1295 (No DAC)
What It Is
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod-GRF) is the workhorse of GH-releasing peptide protocols. It's the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with 4 amino acid swaps that prevent it from being chewed up by enzymes. Half-life is about 30 minutes, producing sharp GH pulses. It's almost always run alongside a GHRP (like ipamorelin) for synergistic effect.
How It Works
It activates the same GHRH receptor on your pituitary that your hypothalamus uses to trigger GH release. The short half-life means it creates a quick, defined GH pulse — mimicking what happens naturally during deep sleep. When paired with a ghrelin mimetic like ipamorelin, you're hitting the pituitary from two different angles at the same time, and the combined output is greater than either alone.
