Kisspeptin-10
What It Is
Kisspeptin is the master switch for your entire reproductive hormone system. Discovered in 2003, it sits at the very top of the HPG axis — above GnRH, above LH/FSH, above testosterone. When kisspeptin fires, GnRH neurons activate, LH and FSH release, and testosterone production follows. It's the starting domino that triggers the whole hormonal cascade.
How It Works
Kisspeptin-10 activates KISS1R receptors on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus. GnRH release triggers LH and FSH from the pituitary, which drives testosterone production and sperm development. Kisspeptin integrates metabolic status, stress levels, and circadian signals with reproductive function — it's why extreme dieting or stress can shut down testosterone production.

Administration in healthy males produced potent, dose-dependent increases in LH, FSH, and testosterone.
