Sermorelin
What It Is
Sermorelin is the OG GHRH peptide — the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone. FDA-approved in 1997 for growth hormone deficiency in children (since withdrawn for commercial reasons, not safety). It's the most conservative GH peptide option: proven, well-studied, predictable. If CJC-1295 is the modified race version, sermorelin is the stock model.
How It Works
Stimulates your pituitary to release GH naturally, preserving the pulsatile pattern and all the feedback loops. IGF-1 rises but stays in the physiological range. Somatostatin feedback remains intact, preventing overshoot. It's the gentlest approach to GH peptide therapy.
