TB-500
What It Is
TB-500 is the active fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein found in virtually every cell in your body. Its primary job is controlling how cells move — and cell migration is the foundation of wound healing. If BPC-157 builds the roads (blood vessels), TB-500 moves the construction workers (cells) to the job site. It's been used extensively in veterinary medicine for racehorse tendon injuries.
How It Works
TB-500 works by managing actin, the protein that forms your cell's internal skeleton. By sequestering actin monomers, it allows cells to reorganize and move toward injured areas. It also activates survival pathways that prevent damaged cells from dying prematurely. The combination of enhanced cell migration + reduced cell death = faster, more complete tissue repair.
